This place lives up to the hype as one of the best dim sum restaurants in Las Vegas. I will definitely eat here again next time I am in Las Vegas. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Ping Pang Pong is a touch pricier than other dim sum restaurants in the area but it is well worth it. Very generous portion size as most Chinese dim sum restaurants only offer three pieces with six shrimp. The Shrimp wrap in Rice Noodles were delicious and there was four pieces with two regular sized shrimp in each. On my two trips, I tried the Ha Gow, Sui Mai, Chicken Feet, Steamed Ribs, Shrimp wrap in Rice Noodles, Cocktail Bao, Fried Shrimp Balls, and Thousand Year Egg Congee. Once seated, the parade of dim sum carts started rolling by. Not to worry, there are plenty of seats at this restaurant. Both days I arrived fifteen minutes before their 10 AM open and there was.
